About EAOZ

The EAOZ Story
Epsilon Alpha Omicron Zeta is the first international chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the first Black Greek-lettered organization to be established in the Gambia and Senegal, West Africa.
Our goal is to positively impact lives, with emphasis on Gambian and Senegalese women and children through Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood.
The original charter members of Epsilon Alpha Omicron Zeta are: Soror Akua Ishangi, Soror Dr. Korka Sall, Soror Lydia Stewart-Mais, Soror Yacine Fall, and Soror Hannael Jana Evans.

We endeavor to tackle societal issues using our sorority’s Zetas Helping Other People Excel (Z-HOPE) initiative.
